How Inkbolt handles your documents
Teams upload policy manuals, product guides, and internal training material to Inkbolt. That content stays private to your account, is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never used to train our own AI models. The formal commitments live in the privacy policy and terms of service.
In practice
What happens to what you upload.
Private by default
Your documents and generated videos are visible to your account and the workspace members you authorize. Nothing is shared publicly unless you share it. Company personnel access content only when reasonably necessary for support, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Never used to train our models
We do not use your uploaded documents or generated videos to train our own AI models. Content is processed by the hosting and AI providers that run the service, and only so we can provide it.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Traffic moves over TLS and stored content is encrypted at rest with established cloud infrastructure providers. Access controls limit who inside the company can reach your data, and we keep the software patched.
Payments handled by Stripe
Subscriptions run through Stripe. Inkbolt does not store card numbers.
Deletion and export on request
Email [email protected] to delete your account and data, or to request an export of your documents and generated videos. We respond within 30 days. Retention windows for closed accounts are spelled out in the privacy policy.
Direct answers for vendor reviews
If your security review needs specifics, email [email protected]. Questions reach the people who run the systems, so you get direct answers instead of a ticket queue.
