What is a credit?

One credit equals one minute of requested video duration. A 3-minute video costs 3 credits, a 5-minute video costs 5 credits. Credits are deducted when you submit a request, based on the duration you ask for. The exact length of the final output can vary slightly. On Pro and Scale plans, editing an image or transcript costs 0.25 credits.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Unused credits carry over to the next billing cycle.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can switch plans at any time from the billing portal. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan is always free. No credit card required. You get 2 credits (2 minutes of video) when you sign up.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Official prices are in USD, with CAD available at checkout.
